Are you a Veteran, the living spouse or the surviving spouse of a Veteran over the age of 65?

Do you need assistance at home? Even a small amount of help?

Is your Monthly Income close to these amounts (after you pay for medical needs, including home care?)

Do you have less than $129,000 in your retirement accounts?

As a Surviving Spouse, were you married to your Veteran at the time of the Veteran’s death?

As a Veteran, did you serve at least 1 day of Active Duty during wartime?

Applicant must not already be receiving another monthly benefit for their wartime wounds.

Applicant must be at home or in an Assisted Living Facility and want to stay where they are for the next year. (Includes a scheduled discharge date to home.)
